This Privacy Policy explains how Quick Delivery Pakistan (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit our website, place an order, or contact our support team. By using the service you agree to the terms below.
Information we collect
When you order or sign up we collect:
- Identity & contact: name, phone number, email address.
- Delivery details: the addresses you add to your account or enter at checkout.
- Order history: the items, units, prices, payment method, and timestamps of past orders.
- Payment metadata: the payment method you select (Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer) and the transaction reference. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and a small set of cookies needed to keep you signed in and the cart in sync.
How we use your information
- Fulfil your orders and route them to the nearest stocked store.
- Send order confirmations, dispatch updates, and delivery notifications.
- Provide customer support on WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- Detect fraud and prevent abuse of the service.
- Improve the website, the catalog, and the delivery experience.
- Comply with applicable Pakistani laws and tax requirements.
When we share your information
We share the minimum information needed with the partner store fulfilling your order (so they can pick the right items) and with the rider delivering it (so they can reach your address). We never sell your data. We may disclose information when required by a court order or by Pakistani law.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and protect against fraud. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep your data
Account and order data is retained for as long as your account is active and for the period required by Pakistani tax law after your last order. After that period we permanently delete the data. You can request earlier deletion via the contact channels below, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is incorrect or out of date.
- Delete your account and associated personal information.
- Stop sending you marketing messages (you will still receive transactional messages relating to active orders).
Children
The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us their information please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy over time. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
