These Terms govern your use of Quick Delivery Pakistan (“the Service”). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Account
You may browse the catalog and place orders without an account. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy the listed items at the shown price. We confirm acceptance when the order moves to the “Confirmed” state. We may decline or cancel any order if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or appears to be fraudulent.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The delivery fee is shown in the cart before you place the order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse fulfilment of orders placed at a clearly mistaken price.
Payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, Easypaisa, and direct bank transfer. For COD you pay the rider at delivery; for online payments your payment processor handles the transaction and we receive a confirmation reference.
4. Delivery
Delivery times shown on product and city pages are estimates, not guarantees. Most orders are delivered the same day in supported cities; weather, traffic, and stockouts can delay individual orders. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for being available at the address during the delivery window.
5. Returns & refunds
Returns are governed by our Returns Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Briefly: damaged, expired, or wrong items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of Pakistani law.
- Place fraudulent orders or refuse legitimate Cash on Delivery orders without cause.
- Scrape, copy, or republish the catalog without our written permission.
- Attempt to bypass security measures or disrupt the Service.
We may suspend or close accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.
7. Intellectual property
The site design, brand, logos, and editorial text belong to Quick Delivery Pakistan. Product names, images, and brand marks belong to their respective owners and appear here for catalog purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, our liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit, loss of opportunity, etc.).
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms over time. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
